ClientHeard
Project Overview
St. Michael's House faced the challenge of supporting clinicians who work with individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID). Effective communication is often hampered by significant language barriers, cultural differences, and a lack of appropriate communication tools. Existing technologies frequently fall short, lacking offline functionality and secure data handling, further complicated by privacy concerns when interpreters are required.
To address these challenges, we developed ClientHeard
—a user-friendly platform designed to streamline communication and strengthen the clinician-patient relationship. ClientHeard provides a solution that improves the effectiveness and efficiency of interactions, while ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive client information.
